What Happens Now That Flash Is No Longer Supported?

As of December 31st, 2020 Adobe Flash Player is no longer supported by Google Chrome.

The team has successfully routed Zoo World through a service called Puffin to make sure you can continue enjoying your experience!

The team is still working hard to move Zoo Worldoff of Flash and to a new platform. The new platform will allow us to add better content and features with better performance and fewer bugs (though, we’ll have a few to work on while we make the change). 

If you're experiencing issues with Puffin, please try the following:

• Ensure you're using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge 79+ as your web browser
  • Download Google Chrome
  • Download Microsoft Edge
• Ensure pop-ups and redirects are set to Allow and not blocked in your browser settings
• If there is a pop-up that says "Do you want to reconnect?" click Yes, to load the game
• Clear your browser's cache
