**Customer Service TIPS**

Normal Business Hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 7pm Pacific Standard time

- Double check your return/reply email address in your email program. We get a lot of users that misspell or mistype their return email address. This will result in our responses to your email not being delivered

- Add the following email addresses to your address book. This way any emails that are sent do not go into your SPAM Folder.


- Clearly state the game you are requesting help with.

- Clearly state the platform you are playing the game on.

(Facebook, iOS/Apple, Android/Google, Amazon Kindle)

- Please be as specific as possible with the issue you are experiencing. Just stating you have lost coins or the game is not working does not tell our CS Engineers anything about the issue.

- We understand you may be frustrated but cursing, making rude comments, making hateful statements or derogatory statements does nothing to get a quicker resolution.

- Whenever possible, please make the CS request through the App in question. By sending a request through the app we get valuable Player Data sent to us. This data is extremely helpful in allowing us to see exactly what state your game is in.
