Why is My Bonus Spin Timer Negative?


UPDATE: Please update to the latest version of the game, as available in the App Store.

If you see your Bonus Spin timer count down past zero into a negative time and you play connected to Facebook, you can fix this by making sure that your device is connected to the internet via your carrier's data network or a wifi connection.  As soon as you are connected, your spin should be ready and available!  

Note: you may also have to enter and leave a slot machine or other area of the game once you are connected to update the timer.

If you do not connect to Facebook to play, you can fully restart the app to fix the timer and get your spin.  

Press the Home button on the front of your device twice quickly ("double-click") to open the bar of running apps at the bottom of your screen, then touch and hold an icon from that bar until they all start jiggling. Tap the red circle on the app you want to quit in the bar, then press the Home button twice again to return to the Home screen and relaunch it.

Note: Only remove the icon from the bar of running programs at the bottom of your screen, not from your home screen itself, as that will remove the app and all its data from your device.

We apologize for the inconvenience and understand that not all players have a connection available at all times and that the bonus spin should be available without having to restart the game, so we will be releasing an update soon to allow bonus collection even while no network signal is available.
