When I open a support ticket, what information should I include?

The more information you provide to us, the better and faster we will be able to help you. The less information you provide, the more questions we will need to ask you, which will take time and result in it taking longer to fix things.


Here is a list of information you should include.


  • Operating system (e.g. Windows 7, Mac OS X)
  • Browser and version (e.g. Firefox 36.0.4, Internet Explorer 11)
  • User ID. This can be found below the game, just above the Terms of Service link.
  • Flash version
  • Steps that you took just before the issue occurred.
  • If there is an error message, the exact text of the error message, including any numbers
  • Screenshots of the issue
