My game is not loading or is running slowly.

If you are having trouble getting the game to load or run smoothly, please try the following:

• Clear your browser's cache
• Ensure that you are running the most up-to-date version of your browser and Flash (Flash automatically updates in Google Chrome)
• Try playing on a different browser (we recommend Google Chrome)

If these steps do not resolve the problem or if you need further assistance, please submit a support ticket. Please include your user ID (found below the City Girl Life game window) and a detailed description of the issue you are encountering including any error codes you've received and / or any screenshots you've taken.
