Kingdoms of Camelot Payment issues

Greetings Brave Warriors,

It has been brought to our attention that some players are reporting that our newest Payment update has brought about a delay in the Gems displaying on accounts after the purchases have completed.

If you have made a purchase between 16:10 on 09/21/15 Game Time and the current time of this notification, you will need to fully refresh your Game and possibly your Browser in order to see the transaction be fulfilled.

Please note that transactions are still taking place normally and all purchases are going through normally at this time, but you may see issues with the amounts displaying on your account.

If you have refreshed your Game as well as your Browser, please try logging out of your Game and logging back in. Should those steps not assist, please submit a ticket through our Support site for further assistance.

We are working to get this issue corrected as quickly as possible, but rest assured that no Payments have been lost and we will be able to get all items restored to their proper place on your account!
