Payment Issues Through 01/13/16

Greetings Players,

Recently, we have been receiving reports of Payment Issues when utilizing our Payment Provider: Cybersource.

At this time, it appears that some players are facing issues with payments not completing on their accounts. Please note that this is not affecting all players and not affecting all purchases.

Any purchases that have been made are still being properly processed and we are seeing them being received correctly. If you receive a payment issue of this kind, please do not attempt to make the payment again as all payments will be paid out once we get the possible issues resolved. At this time, no credit cards have been charged from this issue.
